Welcome to celebrate the blooming spring in form of fermenting wild plants and come together to a nurture circle to share and do whatever feels needed.
This is the time of the year to preserve the wild green super foods that the abundan nature is providing! We will start at 10 am by learning basic principles of the process of preserving vegetables and herbs by fermenting, and learn what wild plants can be used for. Then it’s time for “talkoot” – picking and preserving loads of them in good company, and have lunch in between!
In the evening we’ll gather together to talk, be silent, touch, dance, make music, walk to the lake, massage, have a sauna, sing,… Whatever we wish to do together to nurture ourselves and each other!
You can bring food to share for the evening circle if you wish. There is also a magic box for contributions to keep up and develop Solbacka Experience!
There are possibilities to stay overnight in a yurt, or bring your own tent.
If it rains on Saturday (21.5.), the fermenting part will take place on Sunday (22.5.). But let’s hope for suitable weather for Saturday!
